The aim of this project was to visually capture the power dynamic between the two women on the cover, showcasing their lavish lifestyle and prompting curiosity about how they achieved it and what their love story entails. Author Vanessa added a personal touch to the book cover, incorporating a beautiful beach view that resonates with her own inspirations and sources of beauty.
Design Intent
The cover was designed to visually reflect the power dynamic and connection between the two protagonists. Their lavish lifestyle is showcased to spark curiosity, while layered imagery hints at their evolving love story. A serene beach view was added as a personal touch from the author, symbolizing peace, beauty, and aspiration. The goal was to create a bold, narrative-driven visual that reflects both the energy of the city and the intimacy of their bond—positioning the book as a heartfelt exploration of resilience, unity, and romance.
Results & Outcome
The final cover design effectively captured the story’s emotional richness and visual sophistication, balancing intimacy with intrigue. The composition highlights the protagonists’ powerful connection and aspirational lifestyle, prompting reader curiosity about their love story. The addition of a personalized beach backdrop created a meaningful link to the author’s vision, enhancing both authenticity and aesthetic appeal.
